Quantitative assessment on synchronisation capability of a line‐start permanent magnet synchronous motor with hybrid rotor

چکیده

Abstract The authors devote a quantitative assessment on the synchronisation capability of line‐start permanent magnet synchronous motor (LSPMSM) equipped with hybrid rotor. is realised by determining load criterion consisting torques and inertias under which will just synchronise. During process load‐criterion determination, close attention paid to parameters governing behaviour. Following principle stator‐current error minimisation, time‐variant magnetising inductances (PM) flux linkages analysed LSPMSM are simplified into slip‐dependent constants via simple robust genetic algorithm (GA). then obtained after establishment dynamic model involving parameters. Prototyping tests focused speed‐time responses different mechanical loads carried out validate paper analyses.
